Having decided to replace our wooden deck which was showing signs of age & rot, we decided to replace with something that would be functional, future proof & low maintenanceThe decision was composite!Having looked around at various suppliers & agents hearing everything from the hard sell & high prices to go with it to those sellers that are selling but didn’t have a clue or interest in what they were selling.By chance, having heard of Ridgeway & told to ask for Johnny Kane who knew his product, answered questions & very amicable to talk too.Pricing was very good & decided to go the whole way & get deck boards, fencing boards, posts & cladding.We opted for the Dura system Flip because of slip resistance (100% true in this respect), technically good & the atheistic appeal.A doddle to work with, basically screw & click.Overall, very happy & impressed with the product, the staff ( all friendly & cooperative), including the delivery drivers who often don’t get mentioned in reviews.In general, a company I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who asks.

Top class service. Not only supply of all the correct fittings and boards for a new deck but excellent and patient advice. Johnny Kane took the time to discuss options and offered sensible advice. We purchased the Dura Deck flip resist boards and are very pleased with the result. Delivery was quick and pain free and fitting was straightforward for a competent DIYer. Pleasure to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
